Why get a bag under $50?

1. There are a ton of great bags

Like I said a little earlier, there are a bunch of great bags under $50 dollars that can help you get the job done. The 13 on this list are just a few of what’s out there.

2. More money for discs

If you stick to just $50 dollars or less for a bag, all that extra cash you would’ve spent on a $200 dollar bag could get you like five or six extra discs. Why not do that?

3. Carry less discs

As you progress and get better with disc golf, one thing you’ll learn is that you need to slim down your bag and only use a few discs. A lot of people think they need 20-30 discs to play with. Incorrect. You need to get about 6-10 good discs and to perfect your game with them. A bag that costs less than $50 normally only can carry that many and forces you to carry less discs.

4. Discs are what help you win

Lastly, you really don’t need a $200 dollar bag or disc golf cart. Why? Because bags and carts don’t help you win. You win with discs so don’t go all out on a bag. Just find a good budget bag to help you carry your discs on the course. So start with this post!
